He Ate! He Ate!
He had one full pancake and apple juice for breakfast and a few bits of chicken and grilled cheese for lunch with Dr. Pepper and an orange slice. He still wants to sleep all day. He's sitting propped up now in front of the TV but his eyes keep closing and his head bobs over to the side. Still rebooting. We took him for a short walk (miles and miles for him) - it cold be very sad if I let it, but I'm going to believe that we can get strength in his leg and be back to running, and running faster soon. It took Steve Austin a while to get used to his bionic body, right?
OH Yeah, way to go Lincoln! It won't be long before you are ready for one of those famous cheesesteaks you love so much. I thought Steve Austin was a "real" child, not the bionic man, for God's Sakes! Keep up the good work!

ReplyDeleteGood for you Lincoln and Mama. Patience Mom. We have been through something similar (traumatic severe brain injury) He is now father of 2 and runs daly. It takes lots of faith, prayers and love You have it all.

I have been reading the blog since the surgery...I can't even imagine....you guys have some family and wonderful support. My heart and thoughts are with you daily. Dearest Lincoln...you are a lucky little boy in ways that matter the most.....My love to all!
