Introducing: WHAT'S LINCOLN THINKIN'?

This is a new series in which Lincoln lets his readers know what he's thinking about.  Tonight he's thinking about cream puffs.  This is his first time eating them.  Pay close attention to the name of the bakery......let us know if you think perhaps there is a cultural-language-translation snafu in the name of the establishment.....    This little cream puff  of a place  only seems to employ workers of one ethnicity.....    Despite this, or because of this,  we had fun!
